EVALUATION OF THYROID HORMONE CHANGES DURING PREGNANCY

Objective: Knowing the ideal levels of triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), FT3, FT4, and thyrotropin-stimulating hormone (TSH) for each pregnancy trimester are goal. Methods: The Department Obstetrics Gynecology at Pacific Institute Medical Sciences in Udaipur treated 150 patients (obstetric cases) current longitudinal research. following parameters were examined a fasting blood sample: T3, T4, TSH. Results: As result, thyroid profile readings every group (I, II, III trimester) increased maximum second or followed by third. above normal range 39 (12+12+15) women all groups. Conclusion: saw greatest increase hormones readings. Thyroid was lower during first trimester, particularly par second, decreased third trimester.
